A kaiseki meal to be enjoyed with all five senses, with Omi beef as the main dish.Meals are prepared with freshly steamed rice cooked in a clay pot.

Course menu

◇Appetizer: Shrimp and scallops with persimmon vinegar, cloud ponzu sauce, Mizukuchi dried gourd and Mibuna pickled in salt koji and yuzu

◇Soup: Thin kudzu sauce, sweet snapper, lotus mochi, carrot, mizuna, yuzu

◇ Sashimi, 3 kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇ Survival Mackerel Sushi

◇Appetizer: Steamed turnip, red snapper, ginkgo nuts, wood ear mushrooms, wasabi, silver bean paste

◇Main dish: Charcoal-grilled Omi beef, mushroom miso, sweet potato, lotus root, white leek, rice crackers and yuzu

◇Rice: Tanba Uranchi chestnuts, roe rice, pickles

◇Red soup stock, rolled wheat gluten, radish, Japanese pepper

◇Sweets Naruto Kintoki Yokan
