Course menu

◇Appetizer: Shrimp and grilled frosted scallops with persimmon vinegar and Horenso

Mackerel sushi

◇Soup: Clear soup with crab meat, Tanba-uranchi carrots, crucian carrots, pine needles and yuzu

◇ Sashimi, assortment of three kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Sushi: Steamed barley, grilled conger eel, ginkgo nuts, silver bean paste, wasabi, fried rice

◇Grilled dish: Sautéed mackerel with miso sauce, mustard lotus root, turnip

●You can change to charcoal-grilled Omi beef for an additional 1,500 yen.

◇Mixed sea bream, turnip, mizuna, yuzu

◇Rice: Kujo leek rice, pickles

◇Red soup stock, rolled wheat gluten, radish, Japanese pepper
