◇Sushi: Steamed barley, grilled conger eel, ginkgo nuts, silver bean paste, wasabi, fried rice

◇Grilled hassun Grilled offshore fish, mustard lotus root, turnip, grilled young chicken with Kinzanji miso, mackerel sushi

Small rolled egg, Mizukuchi dried gourd and Mibuna pickled in salt koji and yuzu

◇Boiled sea bream, turnip, octopus, mizuna, yuzu
