A kaiseki meal to be enjoyed with all five senses, with Omi beef as the main dish.Meals are prepared with freshly steamed rice cooked in a clay pot.

Course menu

◇Appetizers: Smoked salmon wrapped in a sachet, herring roe, sweet-simmered goby, rape blossoms, black beans

◇Soup: Yellowtail, Daikon, Deep-fried tofu, Konnyaku, Horenso, Shichimi

◇ Sashimi, assortment of three kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Sugi Lily root bun with white leek and silver bean paste

◇Appetizer: Steamed sweet snapper, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, white onions, condiments, ponzu sauce

◇ Main dish: Charbroiled Omi beef

◇Rice: Yellowtail rice cooked in a clay pot, pickles

◇Red soup stock, spring yam, and temari gluten
