◇Appetizers Smoked salmon rolls Sweet-simmered goatfish Black beans

◇Soup dish: White miso soup, red snapper, shrimp potato, butterbur, and plum and gluten

◇ Sashimi, assortment of three kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Grilled dish: Grilled silver cod with Saikyo miso and rape blossoms

*You can change to charcoal-grilled Omi beef for an additional 1,500 yen

◇ Main dish: Lily root bun with white leek and silver bean paste

◇Boiled yellowtail, daikon radish, silk pods, and yuzu
