◇ Appetizer: Smoked salmon wrapped in a kinuta seaweed, rape blossoms, herring roe, shredded carrots, Tosa vinegar

◇ Sashimi, two kinds of today's fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Sugi Lily root bun with white leek and silver bean paste

◇Grilled hassun Grilled offshore fish, sockeye salmon wrapped in kelp, black beans, rape blossoms, komatsuna and red konnyaku dressed with white dressing

Small rolled egg, five-color fried rice crackers, sweet-simmered dragonfish

◇Boiled yellowtail, daikon radish, and yuzu

◇Rice: Sea bream rice, pickles

◇Red soup stock, spring yam, and temari gluten
