◇Appetizers: Ark shell, boiled abalone, yam somen noodles
Urui, rape blossoms, Tara buds, Tosa vinegar
◇Soup: Clear soup with fried kudzu, bamboo shoots, bracken, carrots, and kinome (leaf buds)
