A kaiseki meal to be enjoyed with all five senses, with Omi beef as the main dish.Meals are prepared with freshly steamed rice cooked in a clay pot.

◇Appetizers: Simmered sea bream roe, grilled scallops, yam noodles, firefly squid with vinegared miso sauce

◇Soup: Clear soup with clams, bamboo shoots, bracken, carrots, and buds

◇ Sashimi, 3 kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇ Appetizer: Grilled Sakuramasu with Kinome

◇Sugi Karasumi Soba

◇Main dish: Omi beef and wild vegetable hotpot

◇Rice Chirashi sushi

◇Red soup stock, tofu, wakame seaweed, Japanese pepper

◇ Dessert: Strawberry and yogurt mousse topped with daigo sauce
