Course menu

◇ Appetizer: Boiled sea bream roe, boiled firefly squid, boiled yam, rape blossoms, wakame seaweed

◇ Sashimi, two kinds of today's fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Seasoning: Steamed white fish rice, butterbur leaves and beans

◇Grilled hassun (seaweed) Grilled offshore fish, squid dressed in Numata sauce, asparagus with vinegared yolk, Nanbanzuke (pickled vegetables)

Small rolled egg, Yomogushi gluten, fried red konnyaku, shrimp

◇Mixed dishes: Matsuba Octopus with Sakura blossoms, Toji-style rolled fiber, bamboo shoots, butterbur, and Sakura-fu

◇Rice Bamboo shoot rice Pickles

◇Red soup stock, tofu, wakame seaweed, Japanese pepper

◇ Dessert: Strawberry and yogurt mousse topped with daigo sauce
