◇Appetizers: Sea mussel, Tiger prawn soup, Tosa vinegar jelly, Sasamaki sushi

◇Soup dish: Sawani soup, fried kudzu, angelica, carrot, burdock, mitsuba, yuzu

◇Sashimi: Grilled and frosted conger eel, vinegared orange, Maldon salt, plum paste and soy sauce

Also, aori squid, bluefin tuna, and other garnishes

◇Grilled sweetfish with salt and vinegar

◇Boiled spiny lobster, grilled soy milk skin, eggplant, snap peas
