A kaiseki meal to be enjoyed with all five senses, with Omi beef as the main dish.Meals are prepared with freshly steamed rice cooked in a clay pot.

Course menu

◇Three types of appetizers: boiled octopus, sesame tofu, and bamboo-wrapped sushi

◇Soup dish: Sawani soup, fried kudzu, angelica, carrot, burdock, mitsuba, yuzu

◇ Sashimi, assortment of three kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Surugi: Green soba noodles, Japanese yam, fried egg yolk, wasabi stems, shiso leaves

◇Grilled sweetfish with salt and vinegar

◇Main dish: Charbroiled Omi beef, round eggplant, paprika, young corn

◇Rice: Clay pot rice with scallops and shrimp, pickles

◇Red soup stock, green laver seaweed, rolled wheat gluten, Japanese pepper
