◇Appetizer: parboiled octopus, Nanjing taro, snap peas, fruit tomato, sesame cream

◇ Sashimi, two kinds of today's fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Sukiyaki: Steamed boiled whitebait, tofu, green onion, thin sauce

◇Grilled hassun (seaweed dish) Grilled offshore fish, shrimp, boiled whole lemon, sushi with kelp, pickled vegetables

Small rolled egg, fried millet gluten, domestic roast beef

◇Boiled conger eel yolk, grilled yuba (tofu skin) simmered in soy sauce, eggplant, red konnyaku, dwarf beans, green yuzu

◇Rice: New burdock rice, pickles

◇Red soup stock, green laver seaweed, rolled wheat gluten, Japanese pepper
