Course menu

◇Appetizers: Boiled abalone, tiger prawns, small potatoes, lotus potatoes, grilled eggplant

Delicious dashi jelly with yuzu aroma

◇Soup: Clear soup with peony conger eel, kudzu noodles, pickled plum, and yuzu

◇Sashimi: Thinly sliced flounder, green onions, condiments, fresh ponzu sauce

Also, grilled flounder and bluefin tuna garnish set

◇Grilled food: Salt-grilled live sweetfish with vinegared watercress

◇ Appetizer: Shark fin with thickened sauce, winter melon, paprika, and ginger

◇Main dish: Charbroiled Omi beef, shallots, Kamo eggplant, white asparagus

◇Rice, eel sushi, grated daikon buckwheat noodles

◇Fruit: Water Peony
