A multi-course meal to be enjoyed with all five senses, with Omi beef as the main dish.Meals are prepared with freshly steamed rice cooked in a clay pot.

Course menu

◇Appetizer: Eel and sesame dressed in Rikyu sauce, trout yolk with vinegar sauce

◇Rice soup with clear soup, peony conger, white wood ears, winter melon, plum meat, ringed yuzu

◇ Sashimi, 3 kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Grilled food: Salt-grilled live sweetfish with vinegared watercress

◇Boiled shrimp, eggplant, Chinese chives, winter melon, dwarf beans, myoga ginger

◇Main dish: Charcoal-grilled Omi beef, shallots, zucchini, Kamo eggplant

◇Rice Fresh ginger rice Pickles

◇Red miso soup, Shijimi clam soup

◇Sweet Matcha Jelly
