Course menu

◇Appetizer: Eel, cucumber, yam, Tosa vinegar jelly, trout yolk with vinegar sauce

◇Rice soup with clear soup, hamo edamame true length, shiraki ears, tsuruna, plum meat

◇ Sashimi, assortment of three kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Sugi: Soba noodles with grated daikon citrus and overnight dried sweetfish

◇Grilled fish: Grilled sea bass in sesame oil

You can change to charcoal grilled Omi beef for an additional 1,500 yen.
