Course menu

◇Appetizer: eel, cucumber, yam, grilled eggplant, cherry tomato, lotus root, Tosa vinegar jelly

◇ Sashimi, two kinds of today's fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Sugi: Soba noodles with grated daikon citrus and overnight dried sweetfish

◇Grilled hassun (seaweed sushi) Grilled offshore fish, conger eel sushi, green soybeans, green laver egg, grilled and soaked green chili peppers

Nanbanzuke, braised duck loin, trout yolk with vinegar sauce

◇Boiled shrimp, eggplant, Chinese chives, winter melon, dwarf beans, myoga ginger

◇Rice: Corn and lotus root rice with pickles

◇Red miso soup, Shijimi clam soup

◇Sweet Matcha Jelly
