A kaiseki meal to enjoy with all five senses, with Omi beef as the main dish.Meals are prepared with freshly cooked rice cooked in a clay pot.

◇Norigi Barracuda Sushi with Sweet Ginger

◇Grilled sweetfish (Ochiayu) grilled with salt and vinegared watercress

◇ Main dish: Charcoal grilled Omi beef, shiitake mushrooms, pearl onions, Fushimi chili peppers
