◇Appetizers: Tiger prawns with yuzu miso, monkfish liver, smoked salmon wrapped in yuzu, mackerel sushi, roe roe, lotus root kinpei

◇Soup dish: Thin kudzu sauce, steamed turnip, tilefish, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, green meat

◇Sashimi: Thinly sliced cold flounder with condiments and fresh ponzu sauce

Also, seared golden-eyed snapper, tuna, wasabi, garnish, Tosa soy sauce

◇Simmered herring soba

◇Grilled dishes: Grilled bonito with Nishikyo sauce, sweet and sour cauliflower, roasted ginkgo nuts

◇Strong Appetizer: Charcoal-grilled Omi beef and winter eel, lotus root rice crackers with persimmon vinegar

◇Rice: Snow crab rice cooked in a clay pot, served with egg paste, pickles, and red miso soup

◇Dessert: Sweet potato Mont Blanc, red beans, strawberries

*You can add charcoal grilled snow crab (single item) for 2,200 yen instead of 2,700 yen.

*Seasonal tempura can be added for 900 yen.
