A kaiseki meal to enjoy with all five senses, with Omi beef as the main dish.Meals are prepared with freshly cooked rice cooked in a clay pot.

コースメニュー

◇Appetizer: Shrimp and Spanish mackerel with persimmon vinegar, monkfish liver, mibuna greens and red konjac dressed with white dressing

◇Soup dish: Thin kudzu dressing, sweet snapper, rice cakes, carrots, mizuna, yuzu

◇Sashimi, assorted three kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish

◇Saba sushi with sweet ginger

◇ Appetizers: Steamed turnip, cold eel, wood ear mushrooms, Tanba Uranchi mushrooms, horenso (lotus root), carrots, wasabi, and silver bean paste

◇Strong Appetizers: Omi beef grilled on magnolia leaves, mushroom miso, sweet potato, lotus root, shredded leeks, rice crackers and yuzu

◇Rice, Maitake mushrooms, chestnuts, roe rice, pickles, red miso soup

◇Dessert: Sweet potato Mont Blanc, red beans, strawberries

*You can add charcoal grilled snow crab (single item) for 2,200 yen instead of 2,700 yen.

*Seasonal tempura can be added for 900 yen.

*You can change to crab rice cooked in a clay pot for an additional 1,000 yen.(Changes cannot be made on the day)
