Spring, summer, fall and winter.Kaiseki cuisine is created in accordance with the changing seasons.The most delicious seasonal ingredients are prepared with special cooking methods.
コースメニュー
◇Appetizer: Shrimp and Spanish mackerel with persimmon vinegar, Mackerel sushi
◇Soup: Makisen soup, Omi chicken, tofu, carrot, burdock, shiitake mushroom, konjac, mitsuba
◇Sashimi, assorted three kinds of fresh fish, wasabi, and garnish
◇Ryogi Steamed barley, grilled conger eel, ginkgo nuts, silver bean paste, wasabi, fried rice
◇Grilled dishes: Grilled flounder with Saikyo-style dipping sauce, lotus root kinpei, cauliflower pickled in sweet and sour sauce
◇Simmered mixed sea bream, turnip, mizuna, yuzu
◇Rice: Kujo leek rice, pickles, red miso soup
◇Dessert: Sweet potato Mont Blanc, red beans, strawberries
*You can add charcoal grilled snow crab (single item) for 2,200 yen instead of 2,700 yen.
*Seasonal tempura can be added for 900 yen.
*You can change to crab rice cooked in a clay pot for an additional 1,200 yen.(Changes cannot be made on the day)
*For an additional 1,500 yen, you can change the grilled flounder to charcoal-grilled Omi beef.(Changes cannot be made on the day)
