コースメニュー

◇Served with: pufferfish milt, kelp with roe, sweetened simmered goby fish, rape blossoms, black beans

◇Soup: Horenso and dried scallops with grated sashimi, grilled eel with plum blossoms, and yuzu rice crackers

◇Sashimi: Thinly sliced cold flounder with sudachi oranges, green onions, and ponzu sauce

Also, splendid red snapper, tuna, wasabi, and Tosa soy sauce

◇Grilled food: White-grilled conger eel, roe and sweet red onion, Maldon salt, wasabi, chiri vinegar

◇ Appetizers: Steamed tilefish and clams in sake, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, white onions, and mitsuba (Japanese parsley)

◇Strong Appetizer: Charcoal-grilled Omi beef, turnip, king oyster mushrooms, broccoli, and mashed potatoes

◇Rice: Rice with yuba bean paste, pickles, red miso soup

◇Dessert: Yuzu blancmange with baked apple

*You can add charcoal grilled snow crab (single item) for 2,200 yen instead of 2,700 yen.

*Seasonal tempura can be added for 900 yen
