A kaiseki meal to enjoy with all five senses, with Omi beef as the main dish.Meals are prepared with freshly cooked rice cooked in a clay pot.

◇Appetizer: Shrimp and shrimp with yuzu miso and kelp roe

Sweetened simmered goby, rape blossoms, black beans

◇Soup: Yellowtail, Daikon radish, Deep-fried tofu, Konnyaku, Horenso, Shichimi

◇Sashimi, assorted three kinds of fresh fish, garnished with wasabi

◇Ryogi Conger eel sushi with thick omelet

◇ Appetizer: Cod slaw with thickened sauce, shiitake mushrooms, komatsuna, wood ear mushrooms, yuzu

◇Strong Appetizers: Charcoal-grilled Omi beef, sweet potato, broccoli, and red konjac

◇Rice: Cold eel rice cooked in a clay pot, pickles, red miso soup

◇Dessert: Yuzu blancmange with baked apple

*You can add charcoal grilled snow crab (single item) for 2,200 yen instead of 2,700 yen.

*Seasonal tempura can be added for 900 yen
