◇Appetizers: Shrimp and shrimp with yuzu miso, sweetened simmered goby fish, black beans

◇Soup dish: White miso, Shinshu salmon, shrimp potato, butterbur, and plum and gluten

◇Sashimi, assorted three kinds of fresh fish, garnished with wasabi

◇Grilled dish: Grilled winter Spanish mackerel with Saikyo-style seasoning, rape blossoms, and lotus root in vinegar

◇Simmered mixed dish of yellowtail, daikon radish, green beans, and yuzu

◇Ryu Snacks: Lily root buns with shredded leeks, ginger, and thin bean paste

◇Rice: Sea bream rice, pickles, red miso soup

◇Dessert: Yuzu blancmange with baked apple

*You can add charcoal grilled snow crab (single item) for 2,200 yen instead of 2,700 yen.

*Seasonal tempura can be added for 900 yen

*You can change the grilled fish to charcoal-grilled Omi beef for an additional 1,500 yen.

*You can change the sea bream rice to cold eel rice for an additional 1,200 yen.
