A mini kaiseki meal made with plenty of seasonal ingredients.

コースメニュー

◇Appetizer: Young chicken, daikon radish, roe and sweet red onion, rape blossoms, young shoots, shredded carrots, and yuzu miso sauce

◇Sashimi: Two kinds of today's fresh fish, garnished with wasabi

◇Grilled hassun (seafood): Grilled offshore fish, sweetened smelt of flying fish, black beans, parboiled pork and colorful vegetables with Rikuma dressing

Small rolled egg, pickled lotus root, carrot with plum, burdock root

◇Simmered mixed dish of yellowtail, daikon radish, green beans, and yuzu

◇Ryu Snacks: Lily root buns with shredded leeks, ginger, and thin bean paste

◇Rice: Sea bream rice, pickles, red miso soup

◇Dessert: Yuzu blancmange

*You can add charcoal grilled snow crab (single item) for 2,200 yen instead of 2,700 yen.

*Seasonal tempura can be added for 900 yen

*You can change the sea bream rice to cold eel rice for an additional 1,200 yen.
