Appetizer: Bamboo-wrapped sushi with kuruma shrimp, taro, octopus, and pumpkin, sesame tofu, steamed sea urchin, and white taro stems with ginger sauce.
Thick omelet, eel roll
Simmered dish in clear broth
Boiled abalone, new onions, edible pods, and yuzu blossoms.
Sashimi: Seared and fried abalone, served with sesame soy sauce and vinegared rice.
Also, flounder, squid, fresh seaweed soy sauce, Tosa soy sauce
Grilled dish: Freshly caught sweetfish grilled with salt and served with tadezu (water pepper) vinegar.
Vinegared dish: Hairy crab, accordion cucumber, Tosa vinegar jelly, shiso leaves
Special dish: Charcoal-grilled Omi beef fillet
Deep-fried new potatoes, white asparagus, Fushimi peppers, and onion sauce
Meal: Eel rice cooked in an earthenware pot, dashi tea, condiments, pickles
Fruit desserts: Mango, Cherry
Japanese sweets: Warabi mochi (bracken starch mochi) and matcha green tea.
*Seasonal tempura can be added for an additional ¥900.
