Appetizer: Octopus simmered in mineral water, pumpkin, taro, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, topped with amber jelly.

Sashimi: Two kinds of fresh fish of the day, served with wasabi and garnishes.

Dishes: Steamed egg custard with boiled whitebait, tofu, and scallions, topped with a light sauce.

Grilled Assortment of Dishes: Grilled fish, shrimp, sweet potato simmered in lemon, and bamboo leaf-wrapped sushi.
