To help you get through the intense heat of summer, we serve nutritious eel, carefully grilled over charcoal in our restaurant, bringing you a fragrant and delicious meal.

Appetizer: Eel and cucumber salad

Today's making

Grilled eel roll

Main dish: Grilled eel (without sauce), pickled ginger, chili vinegar, wasabi, salt

Meal: Eel rice bowl, pickles, clear soup, grated yam

Sweets

*You can change the eel rice bowl to an eel box for an additional 1,000 yen.

*You can add domestically sourced eel (either plain grilled or with sauce) for ¥5,500 for one eel or ¥3,000 for half an eel.

*Seasonal tempura can be added for an additional 900 yen.
