This limited-time kaiseki (traditional multi-course Japanese meal) features an abundance of seasonal summer ingredients, allowing you to savor the flavors of the season while enjoying exquisite cuisine.

Appetizer: Conger eel sushi, soft-boiled abalone, edamame, Chinese lantern tomato, sea lettuce and egg
Maruju Shiga Prefecture Rainbow Trout with Egg Yolk Vinegar, Tiger Prawn, Braised Duck Breast
Simmered soup dish (clear broth style)
Botan hamo, kudzu somen, plum meat, ringed yuzu
Sashimi: Grilled conger eel with sudachi citrus, Maldon salt, and plum paste soy sauce.
Also, fresh abalone sashimi, bluefin tuna liver soy sauce, Tosa soy sauce
Grilled dish: Freshly caught sweetfish grilled with salt and served with tadezu (water pepper) vinegar.
Appetizer: Shark fin with sauce, winter melon, bell pepper, and herbal ginger.
Specialty dish: Charcoal-grilled Omi beef
Abalone mushrooms, Fushimi peppers, cherry tomatoes
Meal: Eel and burdock rice cooked in an earthenware pot, Japanese yam

*You can add eel omelet for an additional 1,500 yen (serves 2-3 people).
*You can add grilled or kabayaki (grilled with sauce) domestic eel for 5,500 yen for one eel / 3,000 yen for half an eel (tax and service charge included).
*Seasonal tempura can be added for an additional 900 yen.
