Appetizers: Boiled abalone, kuruma shrimp, conger eel sushi, edamame, corn tofu

Fushimi chili peppers, Aosa seaweed, and eggs

Soup dish: Clear broth

Botan hamo, kudzu somen, plum meat, ringed yuzu

Sashimi: Seared conger eel sashimi with vinegared sauce

Also, flounder, bluefin tuna, Maldon salt, sudachi citrus, Tosa soy sauce

Grilled dish: Salt-grilled live sweetfish with tadezu (water pepper vinegar).

Appetizer: Shark fin with sauce, winter melon, bell pepper, and herbal ginger.

Main course: Charcoal-grilled Omi beef, shallots, Kamo eggplant, white asparagus

Rice, eel sushi, grated radish soba

*You can add eel omelet for an additional ¥1,500 (serves 2-3 people).

*You can add a whole domestic eel (either plain grilled or with sauce) for ¥5,500 / half an eel for ¥3,000.

*Seasonal tempura can be added for an additional 900 yen.
