Top tier: Small rolled omelet, grilled fish, scallops with tonburi sauce, lotus root kinpira, braised pork belly with potato sauce.

Sweet and sour pickled cauliflower, white sesame dressing with Mibuna greens and red konjac, fried salmon coated in minced meat.

Bottom tier: Rice with dried sardines and sansho pepper, small steamed egg custard, grilled mackerel sushi, pickles.

Japanese dessert: Sweet potato mont blanc with red bean paste and strawberries
